Went through the drive thru. When i got to the window i was greeted with "what are you going to tip us". Rude person at the window saying they charge for water cups and I'd have to get back to get in line to order the water. Since there was people behind me.
Decided to swing by this establishment before work this morning, ordering was a breeze and service was alright . However the drive through lady was super unprofessional! Not because she was asking every customer to leave tips but because the ones that chose not to , she yelled out to her coworkers "they didn't leave anything, they don't got no money, they broke" and I quote because those were her exact words. Ordered a mango pineapple refresher and received strawberry dragonfruit instead. Will not be returning. Mobile ordered 19 minutes before store close.
It seems like every single time I come to the Dunkin’ Donuts off veterans Memorial. Their service is always horrible and this most recent time there was a hair in my hashbrowns. This place honestly needs to be closed down because the customer service is horrible as well and they give you your stuff any kind of way.
