We ordered a total of three drinks (2 iced coffees and a pumpkin spice latte) and they charged us a total of 20 dollars. After we paid we realized something wasn't right and I ordered the exact same thing on my dunkin app and it said it was only 13 dollars and some change. THE PEOPLE WHO RUN IT ARE SCAMMERS AND CHARGED US ALMOST AND EXTRA 7 DOLLARS ON OUR ORDER. I will not be returning and will be contacting headquarters.
Absolutely HORRIBLE AND RUDE PEOPLE. The assistant manager yelled at me at the drive thru window and was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my entire visit. I will not ever go back and I tell everyone I know the same thing.
Daily waiting about 5-8 minutes at the drive thru . Female seems to only think she needs to take care of online order only. When a customer that comes in with a in person order , she will let you sit at the drive thru without taking your order, until the person in charge of “in person” order steps in. Waited 8 minutes to put in an order . Once order was placed . Waited another 6 minutes for the Iced Coffee to be made .
Hearing a certain employee constantly complain about "all the broke people" because she's not getting tipped on drive thru orders is getting pretty old. If I'm not sitting down at your establishment and being waited on, you're not getting a tip. If I know for a fact that you're making more than the $2.13/hr that restaurant servers make, you're not getting a tip. You guys should talk to her about this because it's a pretty bad look.
