Customer service is TERRIBLE. Rudest employees I think I’ve ever dealt with. Used to be a great location, until it was ruined with terrible staff.
Minus stars if I could. Service is nearly non existent. Drive thru- -was asked to wait "be right with you" then... waiting waiting waiting. 2 cars pulled up behind me.. waiting waiting.. So I went inside instead. 2 clerks, they were busy but no one else was inside. Neither one greeted me, nor acknowledged I was there. Waiting.. waiting.. waiting Finally left the store and will never go back.
Bad customer service. Taking my business elsewhere.
I had a rubber gloves wrapped up with my sandwich. I had four tater tots. Went back around and got my food replaced. Still had for tater tots and my sandwich was cold.
Always pleasant staff, tea is perfect. Dougnuts are fresh. Clean and rarely run oit of products.
