I would leave 0 stars if I could. First let me preface by saying I purchase lattes from other competitors daily. I ordered a medium iced latte with 2 pumps of Carmel. It was white, all milk. I questioned this and was treated very poorly. The worker said, yeah lattes are mostly milk…this was 98% milk. No coffee taste whatsoever. I asked for an iced coffee instead. I guess I’m just not a Dunkin fan. But I’m really not a fan of the rude employees.
I asked for the sourdough breakfast sandwich they gave me wheat bread
I ordered bagel. Toasted. I asked plain but lady charged me for cream cheese which I didn’t know till after and bagel was hard as rock. I didn’t have much option to purchase but I will never go there. Waste of my money
