The attached picture is what they think an almost $5 wrap should look like. 2 bites worth. Latte? 1/2 foam. Where is the coffee part? Ahhh too expensive to give us what we pay for, I get it. Talk about milking the public by having them pay full price for half food or coffee! And the female employee working was less than pleasant to say the least. The only saving grace was the male employee taking orders. He was great. First and last time supporting Dunkin at Bluegrass airport
This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to in my life. Don’t plan on getting anything from here because they will be out of EVERYTHING. The self order machines did not work and the employees ignored us completely. Whatever they are getting paid it’s too much. They didn’t even have a single donut. They were out of bagels for a sandwich so they used a slice of sourdough to make it and it was genuinely not edible. It took 15 minutes to be given the most disgusting food of my life. The price is higher, about 33% higher. They will just say you press the 18%tip button without telling you the options.
The Thursday morning crew is the best. Just a delight all the way around. Best iced tea ever
Employees kept telling us to use the kiosk so I tried because the line was so long ends up it doesn’t work & so now I had to get back in line behind many others I would have been in front of if i hadn’t left. Finally got to the counter & the employee told me that they aren’t responsible for the kiosks so I told him to stop telling customers to use it because it’s not working.
