Employees kept telling us to use the kiosk so I tried because the line was so long ends up it doesn’t work & so now I had to get back in line behind many others I would have been in front of if i hadn’t left. Finally got to the counter & the employee told me that they aren’t responsible for the kiosks so I told him to stop telling customers to use it because it’s not working. Great spot for coffee and snack, but the self-kiosk software has some glitches ( ice option?) they need to work on.
Tried to use a coupon for a free donut here. They wouldn't take it because they're "not a real Dunkin.". Why does the sign say Dunkin donuts then?
It was the worst coffee I have ever had; it tasted like burned coffee
