Tried to use a coupon for a free donut here. They wouldn't take it because they're "not a real Dunkin.". Why does the sign say Dunkin donuts then?
It was the worst coffee I have ever had; it tasted like burned coffee
I would leave 0 stars if I could. First let me preface by saying I purchase lattes from other competitors daily. I ordered a medium iced latte with 2 pumps of Carmel. It was white, all milk. I questioned this and was treated very poorly. The worker said, yeah lattes are mostly milk…this was 98% milk. No coffee taste whatsoever. I asked for an iced coffee instead. I guess I’m just not a Dunkin fan. But I’m really not a fan of the rude employees.
