I'm from Canada where Tim Hortons is our Dunkin Donuts and it's no contest, Dunkin is fantastic in comparison. Foods better, drinks are better, store is cleaner and service was much better. Wish we had these back at home!
Donuts taste old and soggy and Gaby is extremely rude. She needs to be fired Has no idea how do work customer service.

First of all I called them four times to place an order for a box of coffee. After the fifth time they picked up. I told him I'll be there in 20 minutes. Then I called them again because I wanted to make sure I knew where the park in order to access their location within the mall. After five more times no one picked up.
