The products have the expected DD quality but they seem to prioritize the drive-thru OVER customers that walk in. No customers were ahead of me so I walked in and ordered. After I ordered, I noticed 6 cars leaving the drive thru so I asked if anyone was making my coffee (because the one guy they had on inside drinks was also refilling stock for other products and so would walk away from my coffee frequently AND he was making cold drinks for the drive thru!). Horrible service, horrible experience, horrible people and horrible food and drinks. Do not go here.
The staff insisted store ir rude at times and can not get orders straight. I have been there 5 times and 4 out of 5 times the order has been wrong
The photo speaks for itself. I ordered a large, and this is what I received. A partially filled drink. This was after I had to return the first drink they botched. Instead of correcting the issue, they handed me this pathetic excuse for a replacement… and still charged me for both. To top it off, the employee was shockingly rude and dismissive, as if I was the problem for expecting to get what I paid for. This kind of experience has become all too common at Dunkin’.
