I just parked and walked into this Dunkin'. Donuts, 3 employees working. Can I use the term working loosely? No one greeted me. No one took my order. I stood at the register and no one else was in the store after 2 minutes. I left and count to a 120. So, you know how long two minutes is so I was ignored, and I left and I'll never come back. First time last time.
The team here was beyond excellent. They were polite, patient and very professional. They even made some really good recommendations and persuaded me to try to new things, which I loved. Shavik and Zach gave us a beautiful experience.
