Ignored at the counter, forgotten at the table. Walked in and stood alone at the register while four employees worked behind the counter. Not one greeting, not even eye contact. Didn't eat any food. Had to repeat my order of just black coffee? Limited bathroom facility, only one at a time.
I’m normally not picky with Dunkin Donuts in general bc it’s technically a fast food chain but on multiple occasions I have received extremely stale donuts that are practically inedible. Also, I tend to ask for light ice in my drink bc otherwise it will be all ice not drink but they mostly don’t do this. Finally twice I ordered a drink with cold foam and didn’t get any… otherwise friendly staff
