Is this the slowest Dunkin' on Earth? It's certainly in contention. We walked into an empty lobby and ordered at 10:00 AM. A cream cheese bagel and some donuts. The donuts came right out. The bagel showed up at 10:24, sitting in the mobile order rack, where it had apparently been sitting while we waited. Nobody said a word. The woman at the register was kind and pleasant. Please PLEASE hire more staff. Somebody is being so cheap. Going inside is worse than waiting in the mile long drive thru but not by much. The drive thru will render you the driest over toasted sandwich ever. Inside, you will wait forever and then have to point out your order is wrong/missing something. Because it always is.
I ordered a signature latte in the drive thru. They did not put the caramel and cinnamon on it. I pulled back into the drive thru and asked them to add it. They gave me back a cup of what tasted like warm milk with a splash of coffee. I pulled around and went inside the store and told them what was wrong. Another lady was at the counter complaining about the same issue. They remade my latte and forgot to add the caramel and cinnamon again. The new latte was also nasty.
