I order here weekly, 30 minutes in advance. My $35 order is never right or ready. This morning I was handed some of my food at the window and sat waiting for the rest. I had to tell the kid twice which donuts I ordered. When he saw I was annoyed he said "You know, you could smile. It's not like you're getting bombed like the kids in Gaza." I'm sorry to the decent kids working there that don't deserve this review. I hope, like me, they realize they deserve better and go somewhere else.
Had a mobile order that took more than 20 minutes to make and the staff didn't seem particularly worried about it
These people are awesome! Don't think that every Dunkin' is the same because staff can either make or break the store's reputation. Here the staff is amazing! Twice in less than 3 weeks we had top notch service: once they ran out of an item and offered to replace it with another item but the bag actually had in it the replacement and an apple pie. The second time - wow! My husband forgot to add cream to his coffee at one Dunkin' and when we stopped at this Dunkin, they offered to give us cream to go instead of ordering anoth... read more
Stopped here to use the restroom. The toilet seat was broken and severely needs to be replaced. The cleanliness was poor but not the worst I’ve seen. The coffee was ok but we had to wait awhile for the coffee As the drive through was packed.
