Terrible customer service This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin’. I went to place my order, and the employee wouldn’t even come to the register to assist me. She stayed at a distance and repeatedly told me, “Can you help me?” while I was trying to explain that I could hear her perfectly from where I was standing. Horrible service from Shaniqua.. I placed a mobile order 10-15 minutes in advance for an iced coffee and latte. I arrive and Shaniqua has her back turned, I believe on the phone as well. I politely ask if my mobile order was ready and she had the nerve to give me attitude and tell me she’s alone. I never got my order after waiting another 10 minutes and ending up leaving. Terrible service. Shame on the franchisee
Hashbrowns still had cold spots. Not warms through correctly. Asks for no bacon and they added bacon to my sandwich, then just removed it after it already touched everything. Disappointing Dunkin location.
