Stopped by Dunkin’ to grab a coffee because I didn’t feel like making the drive to Wawa. Glad I did. The coffee was fresh, hot, and hit the spot when I needed that caffeine boost. The staff was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and got my order out quickly. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a difference—good coffee, fast service, and people who seem happy to help. This location is a consistent disappointment. They never have a proper donut selection — I walked in and there were zero donuts available. When you ask the staff about it, the response is always "we only have what's out." For a donut shop to not stock donuts is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service is horrible. The managers are just as bad as the rest of the staff — unhelpful and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the staff is also a concern. I love this place. The atmosphere is so orange. …haha yeah
The coffee is made very hot. you have to be careful as there are warning signs at most other locations about how not to hold it how not to put it in your lap etcetera. I go on the highway after I leave and I like to set up and get my coffee ready before I get on the highway as I cannot do it then. Thus location tells me it cost $1.50 for ice. I ask for a small white cup and they say they have none..I would like to start drinking my coffee soon after I get it which is why I have to have it cool. I can't set it up while on the... read more
