Very quiet and clean, however the fastest service is the drive-thru and in-store purchases seem to be reserved for those with a bit more time to spare. The wait is worth it! The food is always fresh and warmed up delicately and the coffee is very good. Nice neighborhood feel.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff.
Ordered a dozen donuts on Uber eats and instead of asking what replacements I want they just threw a bunch of donuts in there. They didnt even put the peppermint and pumpkin swirl in my coffee.
I get my same regular coffee fix everyday M-F and one thing I can say is that the drive through cashier Marleene is very professional not to mention polite! Never have I ever seen her display having a bad day even when DD drive through is LIT with cars lol. She’s consistent and customer service is always on point.
I was making an order & the girl in the intercom was rushing me to order & proceded to create my order without asking my options. This lets me know there’s no real training just throwing ppl on the floor.
