Drive thru - young lady was not confident in retrieving my order. She seemed confused. She was polite
Stuff is partying more than serving to the customers. Cold bagel cold coffee! I asked bagel with spread cream chess and end it up cream cheese and bagel separately came up. It’s ridiculous! Shut down is better to get low ratings for this spot.
Stopped by Dunkin’ to grab a coffee because I didn’t feel like making the drive to Wawa. Glad I did. The coffee was fresh, hot, and hit the spot when I needed that caffeine boost. The staff was friendly, greeted me with a smile, and got my order out quickly. Sometimes it’s the simple things that make a difference—good coffee, fast service, and people who seem happy to help. This location is a consistent disappointment. They never have a proper donut selection — I walked in and there were zero donuts available. When you ask the staff about it, the response is always "we only have what's out." For a donut shop to not stock donuts is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service is horrible. The managers are just as bad as the rest of the staff — unhelpful and unprofessional. The cleanliness of the staff is also a concern.
