I went to this dunkin around 7-8pm on Friday and there was one young guy working by himself as his coworker was leaving right when I got there. This guy needs credit for what he was doing. He was absolutely amazing, switching between the counter and the drive through line. He was working as quickly and efficiently as a single person can and he was nothing but polite and respectful the entire time! This location must be very understaffed. Stuck in the drive through for 10 minutes with almost no movement and am forced to wait because I did a mobile order. Go elsewhere if you’re in a hurry.

This Dunkin is not the same as it once was, not sure what happened. At about 12:30p on 10/9/25 I went though the drive thru… waited like 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, I was the only car in the drive thru… Perhaps there were customers inside, totally understand but a “I’ll be right with you” would have been nice instead of leaving people wondering if you’re even open.
