Decent, friendly, professional
Whoever was working that drive thru window is extremely rude. She ask what i want then 30 seconds after tells me in a raised tone of voice hold on. Honestly I did not see a " Side of Rudeness on the menu" .
Put in an order at 530, 2 drinks 2 egg wraps a sandwich and tots. Took 15 minutes to get our food. Was first given someone else's food, when I let them know it was wrong and handed it back out of my car, they set it aside to give to whomever ordered it but not until attempting to give to a different customer first. At least there's a little consistency.
I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this Dunkin’ location. My most recent visit, my coffee had grounds sitting at the bottom and was room temperature, it seemed like I was given whatever was left in the pot. They did remake it but it still wasn’t great. The hash browns were also clumped together and mushy. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues.
