Don’t come to this place. The donuts are not fresh, the employees are always on their phones, and the service is bad.
Food was noticeably undercooked.
The donuts were stale and cold. The texture was very dense and unappetizing… not like how donuts are supposed to be at all. They were insufficient in stock and didn’t have enough donuts or flavors that we were hoping for. Disappointing and misleading. The worker, a young Hispanic girl with glasses, told us they didn’t have Boston Kremes, instead had “daylights” which were just like bostons. They were not. She was very passive-aggressive when and snobbish when we pulled up to the window. Wasted money on donuts we didn’t want.
I usually don’t leave reviews, but after my third negative encounter with Leena (a short Hispanic girl who works here), I felt the need to speak up. Every other employee at this location is wonderful, friendly, professional, and positive, including the manager, who always treats customers with respect. But Leena has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. Two days ago, I told her the drink she gave me wasn’t mine. I order the same thing every day and I know what it tastes like.
