The place is run mostly by teenagers with very poor management. The manager is not properly trained and is a liability to the franchise as a whole, as she has been breaking labor laws and putting the store at serious legal risk. I hope the company steps in before this affects customers and staff even more.
I waited over 15 minutes for my munchkins! And got the wrong donut handed to me. They parked me but I had to go in to grab my order since it had been so long!
Oct 2024 Update, no change: Gotta get their acts together. Consistent mess ups on orders. Inconsistencies with turnaround time. Etc
This is hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to! The store is always clean, the service is fast, and the food is consistently very good and well made. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great Dunkin’ experience!
