I come here very often but today is the last time I order from here. I put in a mobile order 5 minutes before arrival for just one medium iced coffee. I then proceed to wait 20 minutes for it. ONLY because I had to stand in line just to remind the girl that she stuck my order onto the machine and keeps skipping it while making new orders. Ice coffee shouldn't take 25 minutes. Be better at being organized and process orders in the order they come in. Very bad. The apology didn't even sound sincere. I won't be returning.
Good people here
This location does everything to avoid posting an accurate order time. They refuse to take orders at drive up for 3 minutes per car, ignore online orders and counter orders. There is never a time we have come to this location that is takes less than 15 minutes
