I am extremely frustrated with the service I got today. My food was completely burnt as you can see in the photo. I also got a mango, pineapple, strawberry dragon fruit refresher which I always get. This time my mango pineapple was not added in, but said on the label.
Everytime i come i get rushed and interrupted with “anything else?” and i always order my sandwich with extra bacon and they Never put it on EVER! not once. its right next to my job so i always go here but they never get my order right , they charge me correct but always mess up my order

Waited over 30 minutes for 3 wraps, (I was the only customer inside, and the drive thru wasn't backed up or any busier than normal) ended up having to ask for a refund as I couldn't wait any longer and had to return to work. Its like they forgot I was in the building. I've had multiple cases of wrong orders and having my specific allergy request seemingly ignored, even if I repeat it multiple times. Not all Dunkins are bad, but this one is.
