Placed a mobile order for glazed and chocolate glazed munchkins. When I picked it up and sat down, I realized I only received chocolate glazed. I nicely asked the cashier if I could please have both because I saw there was plenty of normal glaze. They took my bag of the chocolate only and set it aside and got me a new bag. When I sat down, I watched them dump the munchkins back into the basket behind the counter. This Dunkin is convenient at it's on my way to the office. No drive in, it's walk up only but I order ahead and they always have my order ready to go when I arrive. Great service every time. And plenty of parking. Also easy to get back onto Jericho Turnpike after picking up my stuff. Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻!
The donuts and drinks were great as always but the worker attending me was very nasty. His name was Nirojan and he kept talking bad about me and just over all treating me like garbage. Not the usual experience I’m used to but I won’t want to return while he’s working.
