Worst dunkin ever literally NEVER gets my order right it’s absolutely insanity
Ordered protein milk, ice caramel latte. Turkey egg and cheese croissant sandwich and hash browns, sandwich was ok, hash browns were hard and not fresh, latte tasted like watered down coffee a shot of milk and toasted almond, i went back inside and the lady who is working the register acts like she has trouble understanding me, the only thing she did was add caramel sweeteer. Pmo sp bad i left and submitted thru the app. They gave me like 900 pts

Kevin was incredibly rude. I was in the middle of explaining the situation when he walked away and shut the drive-thru window in my face. The misunderstanding started because the employee taking my order couldn’t clearly understand what I was asking for. All I wanted was a sprinkle doughnut for my 8-year-old.
