I am very upset about my experience at Dunkin’. Yesterday, I asked specifically what the “Protein Milk” contains because I am allergic to milk. I was clearly told by an employee that it was a non-dairy product. Later, when I looked it up online, I found that the Protein Milk actually contains milk. This is extremely concerning. Giving incorrect information about ingredients, especially when allergies are involved, is not a small mistake — it can be dangerous. One of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I even told the manager Enrico (I think that wad his name) how impressed how he ran the store. The other to Dunkin near my house: off of Oakland just east of Walmart the staff has attitudes and have a lot of yell between staff members. The same at the one on university just nothing of sunrise.
Excellent service especially from the cashier.
