I could not believe what my eyes witnessed and my ears heard earlier today, around 3'ish pm. I normally order by using the drive thru but today, I came into the store. I witnessed the manager Rico, shushing a young man out of the store without giving any reason.Then Rico informed two teenagers they must sit outside to eat their food, they just purchased from Dunkin Donuts. Oh, what a delightful experience I had at this Dunkin’. I walked in as a regular customer, ready to spend my hard-earned money, only to be shooed away by the ever-charming supervisor, Enrico. Nothing says “Welcome to Dunkin’” quite like being treated like an inconvenience before I can even order. I went to get coffee and they messed up my orders. The bagel has dark brown stuffs and crumbs from the cream cheese. I went back to request a refund. No managers on site for 2 days and the lady is telling me is policy. I will never go there. I will contact corporate to file a complaint and contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
