The worst Dunkin of all time. No one wants to help you they just defer you to an automated screen that NEVER WORKS. Unhelpful and rude staff and the place is a mess and dirty.
Hospitality isn’t dead! Debra was so helpful and sweet. Just radiating positivity and warmth. It’s just a Dunkin Donut location right? Not a big deal. But Debra went out of her way to make sure our order was perfect! Thanks Debra, this Dunkin is lucky to have you!
The “so called” manager Bryan is EXTREMELY RUDE!! I’m a regular at this place and instantly I know when he’s working that day due to his yelling coming from the back. I even heard him yelling at his employees extremely unnecessary things. I’ve even catches him yelling at some customers, me included. He has no effort in giving good customer service in the slightest. Dunkin if you’re reading this, I advise to find someone better, because Bryan isn’t it.
Kind of slow we had a pickup order pre-ordered 2 hours ahead in some way somehow they forgot to fill my order and when I came in for pickup I stood there for 10 minutes before anybody said a thing to me at the pickup window
It was Saturday, June 27, at 7:27 AM... I proceeded to order a coffee and a bagel... and the person serving me seemed to have woken up in a bad mood or simply didn't want to work... Their attitude toward customers was TERRIBLE, ARROGANT... just a nasty temperament. If you're going to have staff like that, you're better off having no one at all... I don't know the guy's name... but what an AGGRESSIVE attitude!
