I gave the service a 5. The young lady who helped me, maintained a calm demeanor after having to take on almost 10 orders by herself. She waa resilient in her customer service. She reminded me about the free pumpkin spice latte, which was so good and dunkins donuts are not the best, they always seem hard, and not soft and rich like a donut should be, but they're convenient. People were bugging her and giving her a hard time. But she held the fort. I hope she's doing OK, but she deserves a raise!
I've been coming here for years but today is the last day as i was asked to pay $1 for tap water as a paying customer. In the past i've had to wait over 30 mins for my online order, which i could understand, but denying water to a paying customer is ridicoulous, especially after spending $12 everytime. This is just bad business model.
Went in around 11:30 am to see no cashier on the line so I proceeded to use the kiosk and a man with who I assume was his elderly mother came in behind me and waited at the cashier while I used the kiosk but no one came up to them let alone greeted them. They also asked for the bathroom code but had no response. Bad service!
The worst Dunkin of all time. No one wants to help you they just defer you to an automated screen that NEVER WORKS. Unhelpful and rude staff and the place is a mess and dirty.
