went through the drive-thru and politely asked for my sandwich without bacon. Instead of explaining the policy respectfully, the employee interrupted me with attitude just to tell me how I “should” order it next time. The tone was unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple clarification would’ve been fine, but the way it was handled made the experience unpleasant.

Worst dunkin that me and my friends went to the staff was arguing when they made a bad coffee bad listening in drive thru I said something else and she gave me something else and if they gave me something else at least make it good and service just don’t get me on the arguing and atmosphere smells weird
