Honestly they get a lot of my orders wrong, the workers joke behind the counter. I wish there were other DD in this area because I like the overall product but gave them way to many chances. Don’t leave this store until You confirmed drinks are what you want and you get what you buy for food.
Coffee always good...
This was by far the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever visited. The staff, who are supposed to provide good customer service, were disrespectful, unprofessional, and had zero motivation to work. Everyone looked miserable, with terrible attitudes, and absolutely no effort to be friendly or welcoming. The service was awful,completely rude and unhelpful. But the worst part?
