All of these reviews are rated zero stars due to “bad customer service “ “they messed up my drink” etc. please look at how many people fluctuate into this Dunkin’ Donuts and tell me if you would be able to keep up. These employees work extremely hard for lines of people all day and do the best that is humanly possible. We are not robots, people mess up, and no one can efficiently serve you a good quality experience when there are unrealistic work conditions. Do not blame the staff.

these poor employees are being so overworked and are not able to keep up with the amount of orders coming in. they are yelled at to hurry up and then yelled at when the drink is not made perfectly. the place is filthy at no fault of the employees as they can not take any time to clean in between making orders. no human can work efficiently in an environment like this - entitled customers treating human beings like robots.

messed up our drinks multiple times and refused to fix it even though they knew they were wrong and in the end, they still made it bad and they had to redo a girls order three times and they failed to make the drinks correctly.
