When I was recently there, Karley and Merin were very professional with excellent customer service, especially Karley who really went above and beyond. In customer service, especially food industry, AND ESPECIALLY coffe, is extremely difficult these days. So to find employees who you can genuinely care about providing excellent service. Leaving a review, is such a simple and quick gesture that is the least I can do which really goes a long way regarding the employees. Cold food, wrong food, rude workers, closed 2 hours early, place is just not good
Horrendous. I went through the driving through at 3:30 PM (so basically an empty dunking). I order wraps and coffee. After waiting 10 minutes at the drive through, when the order arrives I ask the worker whether I can have a cup of water, she makes a face and says "no, you have to order it when you are ordering your food not at the window." I have never been denied a cup of water, EVER, in ANY establishment. This is seriously some really, really, really bad establishment, that no one should ever visit.
