I had an ant floating in my coffee
Had to wait an excessive amount of time for the bathroom, & then realized the person at the counter was making no effort to assist me I went & asked another employee who didn’t seem so bothered! After that I order my coffee as I do every morning at this location ONLY for them to charge me extra for caramel pumps that would be free if they did it right ! Fast friendly service at this location. A lot of free parking for this area. Clean comfortable dining area. Restrooms were clean and stocked. My food and beverage were tasty and came out quickly.
You gotta let them know less ice. I asked for a small iced coffee caramel skim milk and I got 3x the ice. Didn't ask for extra ice. It's unfortunate someone else went to get my coffee for me
