I had been looking forward to a fresh, warm breakfast, but instead, the bagel is dry and tough while the coffee tastes as though it’s been sitting out for hours. It’s frustrating to start the day with a meal that feels careless and unappetizing, especially when I was hoping for something comforting and satisfying.
