I have no idea what has happened to this Dunkin over the last 2-3 months, but the service here has gotten so bad I avoid it. Edit: solidifying how bad this Dunkin is, apparently "egg and cheese on a plain bagel" is the same thing as "sausage wrap". They have zero care at this dunkin.

Rh last several times I’ve gone to this location, I always have to ask them to restore the coffee or the coffee has been cold. Well today I went and they never put the lid on correctly burnt myself while driving. I had my children in the car , it could have caused a major accident . Thank God I had not jumped on the highway right away or I would have for sure lost control of my vehicle. My hand is burnt my this are burnt, when I called all they said was oh sorry to hear that happened to you ! Just pure incompetence!
