Family fast morning food
There are some polite staff members Who seems to really care about being polite and creating a good atmosphere The manager is absolutely miserable. Every time I have had an encounter with her. She is beyond rude. Several times I have come in and she is talking down to the staff. I have even witnessed her belittle customers and say rude things as they are leaving the food is usually made correctly. Went here to enjoy a breakfast meal and got kids (employees kids) running around like it’s their personally playground. Doesn’t look very good for your business if employees bring their kids to work
I have no idea what has happened to this Dunkin over the last 2-3 months, but the service here has gotten so bad I avoid it. Edit: solidifying how bad this Dunkin is, apparently "egg and cheese on a plain bagel" is the same thing as "sausage wrap". They have zero care at this dunkin. Second Edit: apparently paying for Hash browns means it's optional that they give you Hash Browns. Just giving dunkin free money.
