I just left the 24 hr Duncan Donuts in Latham where I go at least 3x a day. Keri/Kerry not sure how she spells her name, is the rudest, most unprofessional, miserable human being I have ever met ecery single time I encounter her. Be it cold or hot I get my coffee the exact same way; half/caff with 5 pumps of caramel swirl, 1 pump of butter pecan swirl, and 4 cream. I only come here when it’s too early for other Dunkin’s to be open, but every time I come here the workers are rude and mess up my order. Today was 2 bacon avocado toasts. Both missing the bacon and neither were toasted. I get working overnights is rough, I work overnights too, but if you’re gonna be rude to customers at least be good at your job. Not coming here anymore, I’ll just wait the extra hour from now on.
The staff is great and they know the locals and yhrre order before they walk in
