Expensive. Wow. The freakin loaded fries were terrible. The grilled cheese sandwich was just as bad.
I love how I say lightly toasted and they straight up burnt it. Its not the first time. Im never coming here again. I pay money for burnt food?

This place is a mess. The workers don’t even speak enough English to understand basic orders. Every single time my drink is wrong, and when I try to explain what’s incorrect, they don’t understand and just dump more caramel on top like that fixes it. On top of that, they’re rude and act annoyed when you point out their mistake even though THEY made it wrong.
