Every.. and i mean EVERY donut is dry , stale and horrible. I think they buy the rejected donuts from other locations and sell them here.. and they have an attitude that matches the quality of their products. Slow service , never a kind word or apology for waiting (when you are the only one in line) or the offer of a free anything to make up for the 4 stale trash “donuts” you just bought. The drive thru line is a bit chaotic. long lines forming close to the busy street (Harlem ave) plus got cars from the other direction trying to sneak/cut into line instead of waiting behind everyone else. Workers are mostly nice, except for the one girl who works the drive thru that never says hello or thank you. I usually order from the Dunkin app. the prices actually come out cheaper that way, and you have all your receipts in one place. also the customer service on the app is pretty good…i’ve had to contact them about mes... read more

Would recommend the doughnuts but not the breakfast sandwich’s as the meat is always undercooked unfortunately. #OrlandPark (off Harlem across from Coopers Hawk). My least fav location. The rest id give 4 on food & 5 customer service.

This place is horrible people are ignorant Liars and thieves I called corporate I'm going to call corporate again and again this place is horrible yes you are allowed to use your dunkin more than one time franchise owners are supposed to follow orders but know these people think they can do what they want go figure right look who owns it
