I ordered a Large Matcha drink with pumps of caramel, and they just put the milk and caramel no Matcha at all. If you don’t have enough, Matcha powder, just don’t sell it for the day don’t rip off the customers.
Staff is very friendly and fast. The manager is so friendly. I love seeing her walk away after her amazing customer service….
Visited this location on 7/8 it was extremely hot very uncomfortable. They workers looked like they were about to pass out due to the extreme heat. The temp needs to be fixed and no one should have to deal with this type of temperature.
I went in today 07/08/26, and I can't believe how hot it was! There is no way its food safe!!!! I was there for 5 minutes and I left drenched. I did not feel like the milk in my coffee was safe to drink. What is going on??
Good Afternoon, I stopped by my local Dunkin’ restaurant located at 9425 lorton market st unit 6 lorton va 22079 and the temperature inside the restaurant was unbearable. The staff looked like they were melting. This is very unacceptable. How do you expect us to want to patronize your establishment and it feels like literal hell in there. Kim or whatever the GM’s name is dead wrong for doing that to her staff as well as the customers who literally keep her lights on. Do better or I will go to the county and state about this.
