The bathroom needs a lot of work! No paper towel dispenser, and no way to lock the door inside, as if someone enters the door code, they can walk in on you! Come on Dunkin’ you are better than this!

Terrible experience traveling . I am traveling from New York and I stopped for a buttered croissant and shaken espresso I asked for light ice and light butter on my croissant the lady screwed up and drenched my croissant in butter like a soup with clumps of butter so I told her nicely and she got very nasty and made me throw it out and told me I would have to wait for another one when I got it there was no butter on it at all !!! And my espresso the cup was filled with ice to the top.. I never had such a terrible experience ... read more
