It’s really disappointing when a community business seems more focused on corporate policy than the customer standing right in front of them. I ordered a sweet tea with no ice, and there was confusion over whether that could even be done. Then I was told the cup wouldn’t be filled all the way because the standard portion accounts for ice which honestly feels unfair. Sunday morning, no donuts in inventory, rude staff. Nice remodel but still very poorly managed and run. Will continue to use Texas donuts instead of here when in Lorton area.
Snail pace
I go from a weekly early morning, coffee and Dunkin run the staff is always professional and polite. This is my favorite location.
