UPDATE: I reached out to customer service a week ago now and still have not received a refund. I have paid for a coffee I never received. This is not being resolved. I had an issue with my Taco Bell order the other day and wrote an email in and was given a code for $10 off the same day. Dunkin is massively slacking on customer service. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING IN STOCK, not the fault of employees
If food or anything is not available in your location why does the on-the-go mobile app allow us to order food?? I ordered food in a chiller just to be told at the window that there's no food available. Why isn't it made not available on the app so that we don't order it and waste our money and time. I was told to reach out to customer service for a refund. I should be able to get my refund right there immediately from the store.
