If food or anything is not available in your location why does the on-the-go mobile app allow us to order food?? I ordered food in a chiller just to be told at the window that there's no food available. Why isn't it made not available on the app so that we don't order it and waste our money and time. I was told to reach out to customer service for a refund. I should be able to get my refund right there immediately from the store. Why do I have to be inconvenience to wait 2 to 3 days to get a refund for something I didn't do ... read more
