Food was ice cold got food 10 min before coffee got my coffees lid wasnt on spilled all over me and my car buttons all coffee in it this place cant handle more then 2’people at a time and manager is rude she wouldnt give me cooperates number as a manager myself always has cooperates number
Came here to order a Chipotle hash brown loaded add sausage they said they couldn't do it what kind of customer service is that.
I went today to redeem the free iced coffee, when they scanned the code it redeemed the offer but it “didn’t” work on their end and they refused to offer me the free coffee and they blamed it on my phone. What upset me was the lack of customer service. Not even an apology or offer me a free drink as a courtesy. I missed out on the promo and I couldn’t even use it at another Dunkin anymore.
Manager is very rude !!!
