This morning I was overcharged for my order. When I ask for a refund , both cashiers could not do anything, just replied they would need their managers approval in order to issue refund. This is simply ridiculous
If I could leave zero stars I would have. I have come to this place multiple times. They continuously charge me for pup cups. Literally every other Duncan does not on Weber road. They gave me 3/4 of a cup of ice when I asked for less ice in my coffee. Then I brought it up to them and they said they charge for less ice. No other Duncan charges for less ice for no ice in the iced coffee they do charge. This is ridiculous. Keep heading down Weber road for better Dunkins.
I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I approached the order window, I was met with an unfriendly demeanor from the employee taking my order. First impressions matter, and her body language screamed that she was not interested in being there. She seemed visibly angry as she took my order, scanned my app, and processed my payment. Terrible service. Every time I order from this location it's messed up some how and then the woman at the drive through complains in Spanish as if I don't speak Spanish.
Service is great in the morning and lunch hours. However, evening is not great and always closes earlier than other dunkin.
