Though it closes a little bit earlier than other Dunkin’s I’ve never had a bad coffee here, they’re fast and the staff is polite. The one time anything was wrong they remade my drink with no problems and did it quickly. The only Dunkin I choose.
Cold foam is not the same as whipped cream. If I’m paying for cold foam, give me cold foam. Staff is ok, not super friendly. Donuts were a little stale.
6:48 closes at 7 & they're turning customers away saying "it's almost close so we're not taking any food orders only drinks." 6:51 and the lights are off. A very frustrating stop in a storm on my way home from work.
Half of my stuff I ordered wasn’t right and wasn’t to go back to get it fixed because I had work to go to. Don’t go to this one if u want your stuff right.
This morning I was overcharged for my order. When I ask for a refund , both cashiers could not do anything, just replied they would need their managers approval in order to issue refund. This is simply ridiculous
