Stopped here to get some work done on a late Saturday afternoon, and since all the small coffee shops in Lititz were packed due to some sort of activities, I chose Dunkin'. The service was excellent, the Chai Latte was good, the place was very bright and clean, including the men's restroom. The staff was super polite, I even heard one of the cashiers thank a veteran for his service as he left. Quick service. Order on the app and it will usually be waiting by the time you walk in. The dining room is always really clean, too.
i ordered my coffee with vanilla flavoring and when i tried it i didn’t taste any. i go back and politely ask for a correction and im told “no one heard that we only heard a latte with blueberry.” the male with glasses that told me this wasn’t even the individual that took my order. They added flavoring to my coffees however, this isn’t the first time i had to return my coffee to this location for a correction.
