Very very bad customer service. Me and my dad went in 30 minutes ago, and as usual we’re getting our drinks and foods. We get our food and my dad says, “I ordered a cream and sugar coffee. Where is it?” This lady says, “well you didn’t order one” and im over here confused because I watched my dad click on it and get added to our order. I wish they could’ve made one for him, so we don’t have to start a scene but instead they did the opposite. I’m very disappointed and very sad. What a great experience this morning around 7:30am... the line to get in the drive-thru/parking lot was insanely long (I was multiple cars deep on Broad St waiting to get in) but the line was very fast and I got through it in no time. I appreciate everyone's work this morning in managing a very busy rush
The Lititz Dunkin, is always well stocked, clean, professional and quick! I have gone several times in the same day for my beloved iced coffee!
