I came in on a particularly tough day with my 2 daughters. I currently have a work related injury, so to the untrained eye, it probably appeared to be business as usual for me. Just a dad with his kids. Well a young male employee (I wish I got his name) was extremely observant and attentive to the situation. The staff is very slow , they will stand there and watch you watching them through the windows. It is always a 10 minute wait or more wether drive thru or walk in . I've never seen workers work with absolutely 0 motivation . The lady waiting on us not only took over 10 minutes to get the order but she just opened the window , damn near tossed the drinks out with no straws and slammed shut . This dunks needs to fire all and start fresh
I love you guys so much and miss you guys so much and keep it up a good work and keep it going and keep it up a new coffee flavors and new flavors and everything else.
Over 15 minute wait with one car in front of me. Came here 2:30 today, the service is typically slow here but come on.
Staff were out of uniform wearing offensive t-Shirts and Politically charged Ballcaps.
