The guy at the front window complemented my tattoos and he truly made my day! Our food n drinks came out perfect. This will forever be one of my favorite dunkins!❤️
If I could give negative stars, I would. This Dunkin’ location is an absolute disgrace. The workers here must be competing in a contest for who can mess up the most orders in the shortest amount of time — because there’s no other explanation for the chaos they served me today. First, they managed to butcher every single item I ordered. Not just one mistake — everything. Just stopped there tonight for a refresher. The guy operating the drive thru was so rude. He didn’t acknowledge me at the window no hi or anything. Proceeded to take my card to pay gave me my drink and just walked away from the window. No thank you no words said at all. I have never had such a terrible experience at a Dunkin before wow. He needs to be trained on customer service.
