I went today through the drive thru on 10/11/25 around 6 pm and ordered an iced caramel macchiato with almond milk. I took one sip and immediately realized it was regular milk and not almond milk. I pulled back around and I told her my coffee was supposed to be made with almond milk and she insisted it was almond milk and kept saying she was the one that made it. You ever just look at the color of your coffee and know it’s going to ruin your day? I had my coffee made two times and both times it looked like straight milk.. not what I wanted at all. NEVER coming back to this location considering this is not the only time this has happened to me here. Disappointed to say the least
