I normally have no issue with this location. But on 7/22/25, I ordered a mint choclate chip latte via drive-through. The cashier at the time was given my beverage to pass to me which she stated cookie dough latte. I expressed this was incorrect and it was no problem. Staff were conversing about the incorrect beverage and asked if I could pull up and they would bring it to me. Shout out to my favorite Dunkin Donuts store! Shawn consistently delivers excellent customer service and always knows what his repeated customers want. I prefer this store over any other because of the attentive service provided at all times!
