i was waiting for the bathroom and an employee came out without washing his hands 🤮
I only asked for espresso coffee that I meant to be cold since its summer cause I needed something to keep me awake for the road and when I came up to the window, the woman was holding a cup for hot beverages and asking me if she needs to put ice into it. Yes I asked for "Espresso with hazelnut and light ice". It was all wrong, bitter without hazelnut. I couldn't drink it.
Gave me the most spongy, dense, honestly surreal-looking bagel I have ever had. Also didn’t put the donut in the bag, had to ask for it. Service was fast and they were nice enough, but my god I almost want to send that bagel to a lab to confirm it’s actually bread.
