Slow, slow service and large orders are often incorrectly prepared. This location has gone down hill IMO.
If people thought this is the worst Dunkin Donuts for having to wait in line 20 to 30 minutes. the crew on Saturday am, 10/5/2025, surpassed the worst time. It increased to 1 hour! Totally incompetent!
Got basically mashed potatoes after the longest wait of time on drive thru. Ordered on the app and came to a major backup on the line as per usual. Once o got my order and drove off I checked my order with coffee on the lid more then in the actual cup and a bunch of cold mashed potatoes at this point. Cheese not melted on my sandwich. Last time I came to pickup at the window and same thing,long line and wait where they gave my coffee I ordered for my office to get there with no milk no sugar and a box of donuts they complete... read more
25min to wait in line behind 4 people to get 2 doughnuts. Unreal.
