Placed an online order last night. App kicked me back an email 10 before pick up to enter my birthday on the app. It never placed the order. I arrive 5 before pick up and was told what did you order we will work on it. 15 min later I am told if the order didn't go through I will have to place it again. Bumped the verbal I gave them because the order was for 2 boxes of Joe. Yes morning rush stinks with a large order but communication killed this situation.
The owner of this place should love that the employees prioritize getting the free food and coffee they give away to Jersey Mikes employees custom by the drop above paying customers who waited over 30 mins for a iced coffee. This is Probably the worst Dunkin on earth. I hope it closes

Great place if you want to sit in drive thru for 25 min just to get a coffee they can never manage to get right. By far the slowest most Inconsistent service of any Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving.
