I always go through the drive-thru in the morning and this team always has it down. They are friendly and quick, they own the morning rush.
They have these fancy kiosks that they ask customers to use. I used it for coffee. I paid for it and took a screenshot of confirmation because the kiosk doesn't give you receipt. After waiting 5 mins, i ask one of the employees about my coffee. This employee (who looked North Indian) said she didn't receive the order. Then I show the barcode on my phone and she said my payment might have failed.
