Walked in this morning at about 5:45 employee was busy cleaning and not paying attention at all. He went out back and never came back out. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes then left so as not to be late for work. Far from good customer service
I hate that when I pay for donuts they are stale and hard dough, and their always out of stock on certain ones. Like come! It's in your name when it comes to donuts and quality that should be expected!
Never have donuts past 2pm it’s ridiculous. This needs to be taken up to upper management. It’s possibly the afternoon managers that would rather not bake any.
The new person at the counter was very strange. She has a huge learning curve because on everyone’s orders she was messing up and had the guy help her - she just giggled “I’m new”. I repeated myself multiple times. She moved in some weird way and like very anime girl/reel vine type of way. I can’t describe it well. That cutesy try to flirt her way through a mistake.
