Called for the bears hat collab 1 hour and a half before 1pm to ensure that I could secure one. Spoke to Daniel who said there was “plenty” in stock, arrived at 1:10 and they were Already ready sold out. In the future I recommend giving an estimate number because the term “plenty” was very subjective and vague. The line outside of the establishment was not extremely long upon arrival. Pathetic joke of a place. They don't carry vanilla cream filled donuts and tried to trick me by saying they did and putting vanilla iced donuts in the bag. That's scummy.

I had a deeply frustrating experience at this Dunkin' location. There is a severe communication barrier with the staff, making it unnecessarily difficult to place a basic order. However, the worst part wasn't the misunderstanding itself—it was the dishonesty. When I tried to address a problem, the employees lied directly to my face rather than taking accountability or fixing the mistake.
