This is my usual Dunkin, they always make my lattes & coffee so good & my food how I like so this really took me back when I got a sausage & egg croissant & found a hair in my sandwich. It’s not my hair because I have dirty blonde plus it was literally inside the sandwich.
Lady taking orders at drive thru was clearly not made for working in a service industry. She has little patience for anything as little as correcting an order she misheard. Very unpleasant in all ways and said the words “can you not read?” Regarding a sign on the drive thru board. Will not be returning to this location
Great customer service. Everyone is super sweet and helpful
