I asked for easy ice on my Large Matcha. They added enough ice to fill a bit over 3/4th of the cup (mind you the matcha wasn't even filled to the top of the cup when I received it) & I was still charged extra for receiving the same amount of matcha if I would've just had a full cup of ice. Don't even get me started with the fact that I've tried to use my points here several times, their system "messes up" and when they cancel the order and let me know I'll have my points returned, I don't end up getting anything back and end... read more
Went to drive through no cars in front waited for atleast 5 minutes to order milk shake asked for what kind of flavors do they have smart answer comes 32 flavors but no body wanted to mention which flavors i am sure there are seasonal ones which came out for spring......not the first time and wont be the last time they did this never going back. IF YOU DO T LIKE TO WORK FIND ANOTHER JOB RESPECT THE TIME OF THE PAID CUSTOMER
The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Have been coming here many times and the service is just great. Definitely
