Long waiting time35 minutes for a coffee! One employee. Dunkin LLC should not allow it!
Went to the Schaumburg location a few days ago, and I had gone to other 3 locations prior that said they didn't serve the frozen chocolate anymore (the only thing I buy from here), but this location did have it! They were kind of busy and understaffed, but the staff that was there was really kind and sweet!
