I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew coffee, and after the employee attempted to do it twice, it was not correct. I order this drink regularly at other locations, and each time it has a smooth taste and a creamy texture, which were missing in both attempts by the employee. Both times, the Nitro was not visible in the drink, and the taste and texture were like a cold brew without the nitro. Pick up a dozen donut this morning at 9 am....hard as a ROCK. Your quality SUCKS for $17. Obviously its never " it's never time to make the crappy donut fresh anymore"!
The girl that works on the night shifts is always nice, smiling and sorting the orders in no time.
