Over charged every time
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru. From the moment I pulled up, the employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in providing even basic customer service. Instead of a friendly greeting, I was met with a cold and irritated “Can I help you?” that immediately set the tone for the interaction. Things only got worse at the window. I had a extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru. The employee who took my order came across as very rude and unwelcoming from the start. When I pulled up, I was greeted with a blunt “Can I help you?”, When I got to the window, she gave the drinks sloppily making them spill and somehow managed to drop straws, closing the window before I can ask for more. A business relies on customer service, this interaction has definitely stopped me from ever coming back.
