I come here everyday even though i live closer to another location due to the employees being the best ! There attention and care for what they do is amazing !! Vanisha and the guy who is always making the food are the sweetest people i’ve ever met! this location always has my order ready on time and im never there for more than 5 minutes, will forever be my favorite dunkin <3
DIRTYEs Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited with heavy atmosphere, I would never go there again.
I am a frequent customer at Dunkin’ and used to come to this location often in the mornings and sometimes in the afternoons. Unfortunately, the service at the Taft location is terrible. On Monday, I placed an order through the app for in-store pickup. It was raining heavily, and there was no one attending the drive-thru, so I went through the drive-thru to pick up my food and coffee. Instead of simply handing me my order, the employee—who was the manager—questioned me about why I chose walk-in pickup but used the drive-thru.... read more
