Today is May 29 4:45 PM. The hospitality was not there normally when you walk in you get greeted but now it’s a bunch of new people and at the time I came there were two white females one with tattoos. She’s on the phone not even or saying one minute I’ll be with you. I believe in great hospitality that will bring you back so not only me it was others that walked out because of the waiting time to order and to receive your food 🤔
Employee asked me to pull forward into a parking spot due to amount of drinks ordered (4). I said, not a problem, then, when drinks came out, another Employee said you parked too far you need to park closer if we have to bring you your drinks. I parked at the closest available parking spot. How am I supposed to control the closest parking spots If it's not available. Fix you attitude and have a understanding before saying something I couldn't have said no and waited in drive thru line and hold everyone up.
Fui a este lugar a las 5:00 pm y al ver que solo tenían unos croissants y un par donuts expuestos pregunté si los estaban preparando, me respondieron que no de una manera poco amigable. Me sorprende que no tengan donuts en un establecimiento que se dedica a vender donuts, recomiendo ir a otro lugar para no perder el tiempo

Horrible experience waited over 17’minutes for a drink no one would make my order 4 young ladies on break could not even sit because they took all the chairs , made we wait and tasted horrible
