Very inconsistent with their food prep. This morning they gave me soggy hash browns, stale sandwich with chewy sausage, and overly sweetened and thick iced latte. Can’t eat or drink it. Can’t believe I paid $12 for this garbage.
They burnt both the bagels we ordered, so much so, that it was inedible. The cream cheese on my bagel tasted like it was left open in the back of a refrigerator WAY past the date, also inedible. I wasn't going to post a review after they forgot my blueberry donut, but EVERYTHING was wrong. This is what happens when the people at the window rush through everything.
Rude and burnt food everytime.
I literally got yelled at by a male store employee for placing a 6 hashbrown order! He said i have to go park and wait 10 minutes! Then after I waited they put cold hashbrowns in my bag!!! Someone needs to do something this is ridiculous!
My order was wrong and still cold when I bit into it. I always order the sweet black pepper wake up wrap and ask for American cheese instead of the white cheddar and every time they still give me the white cheddar. I asked the guy last time to make sure they use the American cheese and he was so quick to tell me that it already comes with American cheese in a very unfortunate tone.
