Dude no one ever picks up the phone EVER like is annoying and unprofessional!! I wanted to ask if they had the Dunkin buckets that I’ve been seeing everywhere because I don’t want to waste my time going and asking, Answer the phone !!!!!!!
Worst customer service. Two boys who always work Thursday nights take 10+ mins to make a latte while the entire store is empty. They stand there on their phones instead of working. It’s really bad.
Only reason I didnt give a 1 star is because the server was friendly and quick but the donuts were hard as tack - like they were made yesterday and left out
