I visited this location twice within 2 weeks and the service was HORRIBLE!! I ordered a plan bagel toasted with butter. The bagel wasn't toasted the butter was thrown on not spread nor melted,I received a refund. On 12/27/25 I went back for black coffee with 6 liquid cane sugars no sugar was added to my coffee and again I ordered the same type of bagel and the bagel wasn’t toast and the butter was thrown on the bagel.
