I tried to redeem my points thru the app, which was an arduous, complicated, and confusing experience. On top of that, I was having a bad day and just wanted to get some comfort food and something to drink. Team members Owen and Olaa were super nice and did the best they could to make things better, but in the long run, it was completely an APP issue. The employees are always nice and polite.
Today I witnessed a guy being harassed by a Caucasian male employee from this Dunkin! The employee didn’t even have the correct info he thought he had and what u should never do is approach someone and threaten them! Over a “stray” animal! The other guy was black and let’s be honest that’s a pretty “BRIGHT” area and who would’ve been to blame if things went left? The black male ?
