honestly, the worst Dunkins in the Pembroke/Concord area. no matter what time of day I go, there's always some food item I've ordered that they're missing. one morning I went in right after they opened, they didn't have an item I ordered so I just swapped it for a similar item and it still took 15 minutes to get my food. another morning, I ordered 2 food items and was told they didn't have either....took 10 minutes to get someone to process the refund I requested. there's 4 or 5 other Dunkins in the area, I recommend everyon... read more
