Not even going to lie my go to place for coffee was closed and so I thought I was settling for Dunkin' Donuts. Until I met the most wonderful associate. There were two people working tonight. I ordered a lava colada and they gave me a strawberry smoothie. I explained that it wasn't a lava colada and they insisted that's what it's supposed to be. I'm so angry because it was something I was craving.
Went in on a Saturday afternoon to order a dozen of donuts. A gentleman behind the counter took good care of our order and introduced seasonal flavors for us. I tried the brownie batter Valentine donut that had fudge inside and absolutely loved it!
I had such a great experience thanks to Justin, Ethan, and their female manager. Justin and Ethan were incredibly courteous, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
