We love our Duncan the service was great the people are nice but cleanliness at this place is not the best. We've been there many times and it's been the same I wouldn't want to say this without seeing it multiple times. It's just stuff scattered everywhere it's not that the place is dirty in general it's just not being kept up after overall I give 4.5
This is probably our favorite Dunkin around. The team Monday- Friday is literally amazing and even if something is off they try to fix it and work hard to make it up to you. On the weekends there is this guy who works with dark hair, he needs to be recognized for how positive and driven he is. Anytime it’s busy or someone on his team seems stressed he steps in with something positive to say or shows them a quick trick. You have a good caring team here.
This was my first time ordering here and using the app, so I made a mistake and politely asked if the item could be swapped. I even apologized for the inconvenience. Instead of handling it with basic courtesy, the red haired employee made a comment that caused her coworker to laugh, then handed me my order and said in a passive-aggressive tone, “Next time make sure you customize your order.” Making someone laugh at another person’s expense isn’t professional or kind.
