Your assumption should be that every customer that comes to the drive up is going to consume their purchase in their vehicle. With that said, EVERY customer EVERY time should get a napkin (make that 2 because yours are so thin). Last 3 stops no napkin. Also, if a customer asks for an apple crumble instead of an apple crum stop acting like Starbucks & correcting them. It’s the only apple filled donut at this location.
