Many Dunkin' locations are serving sub-par coffee now. I've experienced this now second-rate brew at 6 different locations. Clearly they have changed their bean & ground coffee sources. DD used to have very good coffee, but in the last 3-4 months it is so obvious & blatantly weak & watered-down.
People working there should learn to be friendlier. Food quality has changed tremendously over time, sad to say.
I went there today to get an ice cappuccino with an old fashioned donut. The coffee was completely white with no ice and no sugar. The old fashioned donut was old and dry. The young lady behind the counter had absolutely no personality or customer service. I asked for more ice and got a few cubs, I ask for liquid sugar but I didn’t get it. I ask for some espresso in the coffee I got a shot but that didn’t fixed the awful coffee she made. Instead of apologizing and starting over she simply didn’t care.
