This Dunkin’ in Edison has basically become my regular stop whenever I’m in the area. It’s one of those places where you walk in and immediately feel comfortable. The fact that it’s fully kosher dairy makes it even better — no guessing, no double-checking, just order what you want and enjoy. Every time I’ve been here, the staff has been genuinely friendly. Poor customer service.got my order wrong.nasty women staff.under staffed.and you wait 10 minutes for your coffee.they need to go out of business.
Many Dunkin' locations are serving sub-par coffee now. I've experienced this now second-rate brew at 6 different locations. Clearly they have changed their bean & ground coffee sources. DD used to have very good coffee, but in the last 3-4 months it is so obvious & blatantly weak & watered-down.
