People working there should learn to be friendlier. Food quality has changed tremendously over time, sad to say.
I went there today to get an ice cappuccino with an old fashioned donut. The coffee was completely white with no ice and no sugar. The old fashioned donut was old and dry. The young lady behind the counter had absolutely no personality or customer service. I asked for more ice and got a few cubs, I ask for liquid sugar but I didn’t get it. I ask for some espresso in the coffee I got a shot but that didn’t fixed the awful coffee she made. Instead of apologizing and starting over she simply didn’t care. Very chill on the whole. Can be busy in the mornings but the folks working here are always kind and helpful — even when it’s busy. I’ve never had an issue with the food or coffee here, everything is made to order and very fast. This is my go to spot on the weekends when I need something to eat quickly in the morning.
