I went to the Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday for the first time and my experience was pretty flawless. I had quick service and the cold brew was great. I always stop and get coffee somewhere on my way to work at least three times a week. So I decided to come back today. I ordered the exact same thing and the girl tried to charge me 70 extra cents for cold foam. The sign on the menu in the drive-through says cold brew with cold foam $4.69. The best matcha I ever had from Dunkin. Mona made this for me and I had the best customer service.
I ordered a tropical guava refresher and as I’m drinking it I noticed something in the cup after further inspection I realized it was mold in the ice. My friend also got a drink and we saw more moldy ice. DO NOT DRINK HERE YOU ARE DRINKING MOLDY ICE.
