I recently visited this Dunkin' location and had a disappointing experience. I requested a half green tea, half lemonade beverage, but the staff was not only unwilling but also seemed ignorant of how to fulfill my simple request. To make matters worse, the service was discourteous, which added to my frustration. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in both customer service and staff knowledge at this location moving forward. Best Dunkin probably in the whole state. The whole staff are rockstars. Been going there regularly and they know my order just by the car I pull up in. Always happy and energetic no matter the time of the day or even if the lights are on in the building always a blessing seeing my Dunkin family each morning.
A great new location, with excellent service and a large clean selection of Dunkin staples.
Stale coffee at 9AM Bathroom locked,wanted to call the Health Dept. Didn't.
