The food was disappointing and did not taste fresh. The bread was cold and flavorless, while the middle was oddly warm and chewy. It was unpleasant and not what I expected from Dunkin’. The service wasn't much better. The employee taking my order was very difficult to understand, and I was overcharged. When I explained the problem, it wasn't properly resolved. dunkin has good everything we all know that. but one kf there employed who worked in the evening he was wearing a dunkin beanie. he truly we above and beyond exceeding customer service. and hes problam solver
1 table and staff had paperwork on it, from parking lot to front door we had to walk within inches of cars in drive thru, being blind, this is scary. Door to outdoor dining locked us out in the rain. No signage to where to enter to eat. Exit into what looks like a hotel is a dead end. Won't be back.
Location is a bit strange to get to, it's always busy which is good for business but you have to plan ahead if you want to get coffee before work. Pretty clean inside. Just wish the new apartments they put up didn't block the view you used to have.
