Got a few coffees here on July 25th at 6:20pm through the drive through. First thing the lady said on the speaker was “Go ahead” very rude. After each order she said “That’s it?” very rude. Then when we paid at the window, she was talking on the phone on speaker, very rude. Didn’t say a word and held out her hand for my card. Wish I knew her name because she was a very rude and inconsiderate person. Will not be coming back to this location.
Before coming here for breakfast, I had read some concerning reviews and was hesitant to try it. However, it was the only nearby option, so I decided to give it a chance. I’m glad I did—the experience was completely different from what I expected. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and well-trained. This is one of the worst dunking locations to go to, every time I go to this location no matter what time of the day it is you're stuck waiting a ridiculous amount of time just to get something simple as a iced coffee. I went there today and there was no cars in the drive-thru and nobody inside as far as customers and I sat at the drive-thru waiting to be acknowledged and never got acknowledged.
