Got home and where missing items. I called the store to let them know and try to rectify. I felt like an inconvenience based on the tone I received both when calling and placing the order in the drive-thru, as well as the comment "...well what would you like me to do about. Needless to say, will not be going back. Terrible first impression.
This is my Store. I absolutely love this Dunkin! It is apart from all others. The staff here make me feel at home every time I am in. They always make my Caramel Craze Iced Latte, PERFECT! They make the egg omelette bites perfect without burning them. They even recognize me out and about town. This staff is the BEST Dunkin Staff in the country! Love you all to pieces. Love Boots
I always enjoy going through this drive through. My orders are always correct. My 2 complaints are,even when there is no one behind me,they ask me to move forward after placing my order and that they'll bring out to me. ??? Second complaint is that they always run out of the donuts that I want. Lol. The staff is always nice here
