Most of the employees are very pleasant then you have the idiots that shouldn't work at a Dunkin Donuts bc there just miserable & take it out on their customers.
Terrible customer service. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting to order a coffee. There were three employees working, all focused on the drive-thru, and not one of them came over to take my order or even acknowledge me. I eventually left without being served. If you’re planning to order inside, I would avoid this location.
The atmosphere seems more like "I'm here for 8 hours for a check, what can I get you." The staff are not doing me a favor by getting my coffees, wakeup wraps, egg sandwiches and loaded hash browns. I'm doing them a favor by keeping them employees with me being a customer. Not all employees seem to have this mentality, but when I'm waited on by someone who does, it can make a busy morning feel a little more frustrating. There's a dunkin every several blocks so I've been going to a different one lately.
