Dunkin on Hartwell steet is awful. Manager is on the mic, gets two orders wrong in a row. Then has a major attitude when I go back for the coffee I ordered. “I put the caramel swirl on the screen” actually the screen had the order from the person in front of us that I watched hand back there stuff!! Not to mentionn she cut us off between every item (3) with “is that it?” With attitude. So sorry to inconvenience you with doing your job. Not rocket science to make a coffee, even easier to be respectful when you make a mistake.... read more
