I ordered my coffee and even show them the one I wanted from the mobile menu and told her I wanted a hot coffee, I saw she put iced and I corrected her that it was a hot, then another service member took over and talk to me with a cocky attitude saying I should of told them even after I told them and show them the image from the mobile menu, I ended with one correct order and the other coffee was not even the right one I ordered and it tasted bland it was not a caramel at all, they should correct the staff attitude towards t... read more
This is by far the best dunkins in the city. Friendly staff. Makes amazing drinks
I want to start by saying that this is, unfortunately, the worst Dunkin in the city. It's not because of the products, but because of the consistently poor customer service. This location used to be my regular stop, but over time the experience has become increasingly frustrating. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to argue with employees about how I ordered my drink, been charged incorrectly for orders, and been met with unnecessary attitude when trying to resolve simple issues.
