I went to this Dunkin yesterday morning and I was appalled on how the manger on duty treated the women in front of me. Iv worked for Dunkin as a manager for years and never in my life treated someone that way even when a coffee got thrown at me. They were so rude to this women and when it was my turn no good morning or what can I get for you. I got what do you want. Terrible never going there AGAIN!!!!!!!
Kesha (not sure on spelling-glasses, big smile) was great. I couldn’t make up my mind and while other workers were making faces and rolling their eyes, she was patient and kind. She also got me a new favorite drink!
